Recently, our company has independently developed and upgraded the twin-body gravity grain coarse sieve and completed batch production. It has launched standardized sorting equipment for rice processing and complete grain and oil production lines to adapt to the multi-scene grain and coarse separation process of long and short grain, dry and wet raw grains, and provides supporting solutions for grain and oil processing plants to improve processing utilization.
As the core sorting equipment in the rice milling section, traditional single coarse grain screens are prone to problems such as unbalanced operation and screening fluctuations. The optimized twin-body symmetrical screen structure relies on bilateral synchronous vibration design to improve the balance of the whole machine. The equipment operation jitter is smaller, and the operation can be stable without complex foundation fixing, and the long-term continuous production status remains stable.
The equipment adopts stainless steel stamped separation sieve plates, which are smooth and difficult to adhere to rice bran, which is suitable for sorting high-moisture mixed raw grains; the double sieve bodies operate simultaneously to expand the effective screening area, and the processing capacity is improved under the same land occupation. The output is divided into three parts: brown rice, rice, and mixed materials, reducing repeated back-screening processes and helping the processing plant increase the proportion of whole rice output.
The transmission parts are made of wear-resistant bearings and low-noise driving components. The operating power consumption is moderate. For daily maintenance, you only need to open the side door to replace the screen and lubricate the transmission structure. The maintenance process is simplified and the factory operation and maintenance hours are reduced. The equipment is equipped with intelligent feeding induction electronic control, which supplies incoming materials evenly and automatically stands by when there is no material. It is suitable for various complete rice mill production lines with a daily output of 50-150 tons.
According to on-site trial feedback from many grain and oil processing factories, this twin-body gravity grain coarse sieve can be adapted to different categories of raw grains such as southern indica rice and northern japonica rice. The purity of grain coarse sorting is stable and the production of broken rice is reduced. At present, the equipment has been sold to grain and oil processing bases in many places, supporting customization of complete sets of equipment and technical guidance services for on-site installation and debugging.
Our company has been deeply involved in grain screening machinery for many years and continues to optimize the equipment structure around the energy-saving and easy-to-maintenance needs of grain and oil processing. In the future, we will iteratively subdivide the models for small rice mills and intelligent complete production lines to meet the production upgrading needs of grain and oil enterprises of different sizes.
